Providing and placing of low back chair, the seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 cm. thick hotpressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam, together with moulded Polyproplene seat and back covers. The polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45 +/- 2 kg/m3 and hardness = 16 +/- 2 kg. on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat & back cover is injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene. Seat and back joint by HRC sheet size 60 x 6 mm with ribs for extra strength. The mechanism is Push Back with single point locking and tension arragment & armrests are made of polyproplene .The seat height adjustment with gas lift BIFFA standred class-3.The pedestal is injection moulded in black 30% glass-filled nylon on tested load 1100 kg and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in black nylon. Chair shall be upholstered in fabric of approved shade. Seat size-18”(W)18”(D) Back size- 16” (H) seat to back height and oveall height= 33.5" from floor.
