These are Class 5 Indicators used in CSSD with performance similar to a Biological IndicatorIndicator is calibrated to react to 600 mg/l EO concentration at approx 56 Degrees CFeatures of ETO Chemical Indicator Type Class 51. Chemical Indicator conform to ISO 11140 - 1, Type 52. Change of Color from Orange to Yellow after cycle is completed - easy to interpret3. They are placed inside the ETO Chamber in a sterilisation pouch along with other Pack/ material4. It can detect problems such as Temperature being too low/ too high, Sterilisation holding time being too short, low concentration of EO gas, insufficient penetration of EO gas in loads.5.
