The organic waste from vegetable/fruit market, eating houses, garden etc. is scientifically and economically converted into bio gas and high nutrient rich manure simultaneously.The waste is mechanically shredded R- Reduction in size and screw or hydraulically pressed for juice extraction. The organic waste contains 70 to 80 moisture which gets separated reducing the quantity volume too of waste R- Reduction in volume of solid materials. The juice is bio digested to yield bio gas by bio methanation process. The moisture free residual solids are treated with active microbes and solar dried. If required, in rainy season, the co generated bio gas can also be used.The plant has three major components. 1. Crusher and juice extractor Screw or hydraulic press 2. Juice bio digest or 3.
