COMPACTOR WITH MECHNICAL WHEEL DRIVEN Size 1180 mm W X 350-450 DX 2080mm Ht BODY CONSTRUCTION Body is made out of 0.8 mm thick CRCA steel sheet i.e. thickness of top, Face of the body fixed or movable should flush with each other from top to bottom when brought together so as to make it dust proof. Each body has five loading levels.SHELFShelf is made of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel. Each compactor unit shall be provided with four shelves thus making five compartments. The front and rear sides of the shelves are stiffened with U channel so as to avoid the buckling of shelves or to bear impact load.Under carriage is made of M S thickness 3.15mm. The complete MS materials are pre-treated and epoxy powder coated for better corrosion resistant. Thickness of the powder coating shall be 45 to 50 micron. Manufacturing process being carried out on Japan made AMADA CNC machines to ensure precision and consistency in the end product quality..
