FRP Helmet Helmet Combat fiber Glass in Olive Green as per spec.no. IND/GS/1684C latest. VISOR Spec.Made of gauge wire netting diamond type 29 cm long x 14 cm wide bent to radius of 11.43 cm.This metallic visor is guarded with 20 gauge aluminum beading of 1.25 cm width to gv smooth ends,edges are reduced and smoothened.visor is fitted 20 gms sheet frame,using nos.of 0.63mm x2mm long rivets.For movement of this visor 4 arms made out of 20 cm sheet is provided on either side of the frame two arms each,duly fastened with 8 nos of 0.63 mmx2 mm long M.S. rivets. This entire set is provided with two locking brackets to suit the profiles of helmets on each side.This bracket is provided with 2 guide pins,one each at both ends and fastened to the helmets with 1.58 cm BSW round head screw special nuts 1.58cm diax0.63cm thick through the center of the bracke.To arrest the downward position of visor at correct view level, 2stopper of 0.63 cmdia are provided,1 on 2 forearms ech.pl ignore below spec.
