Chair is made of 1.2 cm. thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam, together with moulded seat and back covers. The polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45 +/- 2 kg/m3 and hardness = 16 +/- 2 kg. on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat & back cover is fabric and pvc lipping all around. The one piece armrests are made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The bottom frame is made of CRCA pipe dia 25mmx2mm thick powder coated and cantilever shape. Chair shall be upholstered in fabric of approved shade. Seat size-18.5”(W)18”(D) Back size-18.5”(W)16”(H) seat to back height.
