MS CRCA square pipe having size 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Frame structure for top should be made from MS angle 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. The top should be overhung by 75 mm on two sides and back. The top should be made up of 17 mm thick plywood having teakwood border of 15mm plywood thickness-cross section at two sides and back and 15 mm ply-wood thickness 5 mm cross section at front. Teakwood boarders should be affixed to top with nailing and better adhesive thoroughly applied on surface. The side edges prepared straight for the T- square. This top should be attached to MS angle structure by T-nuts and bolts before lamination. Lower shelf should be made from MS perforated sheet of 1.2 mm thick. Edges of perforated sheet must be curled and fitted on square pipe of 25 mm at front open side. This shelf should be fitted with proper fitting and welds ergonomically slope from front to back. Legs are to be provided with proper bush. The entire structure should be powder coated 50 micron..
