Overall Size 1200 mm L x 900 mm W x 880 mm H . Made from 37.5 mm Square MS CRCA as per IS 4923 or equivalent pipe having thickness of 2 mm. Proper bush is to be fixed at four legs. MS structure is thoroughly welded and coated with spray colour black or powdercoated as per IS. Top made from 25 mm plywood IS303 with1 mm lamination sheet IS2046 or equivalent on both side. Overall size 1200 mm L x 900 mm W. edges must be covered by bordered with 25mmx 10 mm teakwood beading with melam ine polish. An edge has to be fixed by nailing and with full surface good quality adhesive after lamination of plywood. Top is attached to MS structure by 8 M6 size T nuts, heads of screw should not protrude outside the ply surfaces. Top is making an overhung of 50 mm on all side..
