HHSL is tubular heavy duty water resistant and one piece moulded with integral handle. Modular construction consists of replaceable modules for ease of servicing /repairs.The lamp is replaceable by unscrewing the front cover.The battery and blown fuses can be replaced without disturbing electronic circuit by unscrewing the back cover. Colour of the casing is black. Operational instructions in brief printed on the casing of the body. Rechargeable sealed 12 volts and 7AH maintenance free battery. There is an adequate space around the battery for dissipation of heat developed while charging. 12 volts, 55 watts high power halogen lamp. Wire is heavy duty. Electronics circuits are not sealed at any stage. Suitable control for ON/OFF and function like flasher, dimmer and timer. Single rotary selector for all the following modes. continuous/direct light. Preferably 2 positions for dimmer to extend battery life to 2 and 5 hrs respectively. Flasher to give 45 flasher per minute.
