Moulded polyurethane foam with Fire Retardant Grade - FR used in making seat back which have be moulded with density 45/- 2 kg/m . back fillling with polyurethane fiber for soft touch filing.Torsion bar mechanism fix with seat Armrest is in two Pieces - 12 MM hot pressed outer with wenge vineer melemine finish 6 mm hot pressed plywood upholstered pad which fix with seat back.The chair have be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which have have stroke of 90 /- 5 MM.The five leg base have be made of Aluminum Pressure Die Casted mirror finish with moulded nylon lower cover. it have be fitted with- 60 MM Diameter twin wheel castor .
