Cosmic acrylic notice board covers gives your board protection and light weight as well. It can be used for the notice boards of the size- 4 feet to 3 feet. Velvet cloth Surface board with acrylic door cover. Soft Board of Jolly Core material thickness should be 9 mm full. Front of the board should have Non woven velvet Cloth. Board back should have normal laminate sheet 0.6 to 0.7 mm thick. Board frame aluminium anodized up to 25 microns with 4 molded ABS corners made from 100 virgin ABS material. Door made from 3 mm clear acrylic sheet. Finish Pin Up board should be moisture free. The pin up board shall be provided with suitable wall mounting mechanism with necessary fitting clamps. The clamps shall be heavy metal material with high gauge so as to sustain board weight..
