Providing and placing of high back chair, the seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 cm. thick hotpressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam, together with moulded seat and back covers. The polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45 +/- 2 kg/m3 and hardness = 16 +/- 2 kg. on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat & back cover is injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene. The onepiece armrests are made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The mechanism is swivel tilt with one point control locking .The seat height adjustment with gas lift BIFFA standred class-3.The pedestal is injection moulded in black 30% glass-filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in black nylon. Chair shall be upholstered in fabric of approved shade. Seat size-19”(W)18”(D) Back size-19”(W)26” (H) seat to back height..
