Component Specification1 Super Structure-supper structure of the compactor storage system shouldbe pillar based rigid knock down type in specs as indicated below. It shall consist of storage units 2180mmH X 457mmD X 900mmW fixed ormovable bolted to undercarriage which rolls onto the channels, which, firmlyembedded to the ground. The configuration shall be having single static at oneside, single last at other side and 2 twin mobile bodies in between. Body shall be made of CRCA Steel conforming to SHALL 513 Gr.D in weldedconstruction. The sheet thickness for the back the shelves shall 0.8mm whilethat of the sides top shall 0.9mm. Each unit shall have 5 loading levels formedby 4 nos. adjustable shelves. Shelves-Boltless shelves in 0.8mm thick, are in 10 fold design to carry a UDL wt.of 55KG/Self. A centralized locking arrangement shall provide through locking stiffenermounted onto back of single last unit so that it gets locked on channels when allthe units.
