TMEO-05 Is Fully Automatic Microprocessor Based Sterilizer Which Uses Ethylene Oxide For Sterilization Of Heat And Moisture Sensitive Items. It Is Having Double Walled Chamber For Heated Water Circulation To Maintain Selected Temperature In The Chamber. The Inner/Outer Chamber Is Made Of SS-316/304. The Sterilizer Is Totally Automatic With Sensors Giving Data On Real Time Basis For Pressure, Temperature, Humidity And Has Inbuilt Printer With User Selectable Time Interval To Print This Data Which Is Also Displayed On Its LCD Screen. The Whole Process Starts After Leak Test Is Successfully Completed And Takes Places In Negative Pressure So That Risk Of Accidental Gas Escape Is Not There. Vacuum Pump, Water Circulation Motor And Steam Generator For Maintaining Humidity Are Standard Features. The Software Keeps Constant Watch Over Complete Cycle And Diagnostic Feature Provides For Audio-Visual Alarm In Case Of Any Deviation From Selected Parameters. Chamber Size Is 300mmx300mmx1500mm.
