Autoclave is a device that uses steam to sterilize equipment and other objects by which all bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores are inactivated. The capacity of this autoclave is 60 Litres. The inner and outer chamber of this vertical autoclave is made up of stainless steel SS304. The inner boiler is made up of heavy gauge brass sheet with stainless steel sheet inside. It exerts a pressure of 20lbs per sq. inch and working pressure of 15 lbs per sq. inch. This unit is provided with Electronic Temperature Controller and maximum sterilization temperature of 121C. Vertical autoclave provides sterilization to laboratory ware, surgical items and laboratory disposables. Through this, the reusable items can be disinfected and used again in sterile condition..
