These are ideal equipments for various laboratory and industrial applicationsinvolving high heat treatment of standard mass. Light weight with ceramic fiberwool insulation instead of brick insulation. The outer casing is made of doublewalled thick P.C.R.C. sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on thebottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel. Heating elements aremade of Kanthal A-1/Silicon carbide/ Ammonium Molybdenum wire and backedby high temperature mineral insulation, which avoids loss of energy.Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator or electronic temperaturecontroller, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps. Maximumtemperature is 950oC/1100oC/1400oC/1600oC. Available in various standard andcustomized sizes and capacities.
