P P of High back chair, the seat and back of the chair is made out of 12 mm thick hotpressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam is 50mm thick moulded with density 45 /- 2 kg/m3 and hardness 16 /- 2 kg. The seat back cover is injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene. The one piece armrests are made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore A hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The chair comprises of the center tilt mechanism with one point locking .The seat height adjustment with gas lift BIFMA standard class-3.The pedestal is injection moulded in black 30 glass-filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos. of 60 mm Nylon twin wheel castors...
