The Mobile Weigh Bridge Testing Kit is designed specifically for Calibration of Weigh Bridges. It comprises of RRSL Calibrated Weights in assorted sizes totalling 5000 Kgs, Hydraulically operated Wing Body, 4 nos. Hydraulic Stabilizers with electronic vehicle auto levelling system, an Articulated Knuckle Boom Crane of 8 Ton-Meter Lifting Moment, and the Carrier Vehicle. The RRSL Calibrated Weights are placed inside the Hydraulic Wing Body made of reinforced MS sheet of 3mm side, 2mm Lid and 5mm Bottom Plate. These weights are lifted and positioned with the help of the Knuckle Boom Crane. The entire unit is mounted on an ARAI certified BS-IV compliant Chassis with Cabin and External PTO Unit having 16T GVW and minimum 130HP Engine Power, provided by the Purchaser at its own cost at our works in Delhi NCR for fabrication and installation of the Mobile Testing Kit.
