It measures temperature from -50 to 350 degrees C -58 to 660 degrees F, and short-term up to 500 degrees C 930 degrees F, with an accuracy of or - 1 degree C 1.8 degrees F from -50 to 99.9 degrees C -58 to 212 degrees F and or - 1 of the reading outside this range. This thermometer has a 5.9 spring-loaded stem has a Type K thermocouple sensor for taking accurate measurements on any surface.
