Our refrigerated water baths are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our serological water baths is constructed out of thick PCRC/GI steel sheet, duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304. Heating system is provided in our water bath,. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism. Ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity The cooling coils are brazed to the outer side of S.S. chamber thus ensuring perfect and uniform cooling. Insulation is done with thick glass wool/PUF to prevent any heat loss. For ataining the temp. below ambient, the refrigeration is done lhrough CFC FREE hermetically sealed compressor and for attaining the temp, above ambient, heating is done with immersion type heating element .Fitted with stirrer for temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
