The CRCA sheet of uniform thickness and of 22 gauge for the body, 20 gauge for doors duly cut and bend with the help of CNC machines. The almirah shall be equipped with four fixed shelves, manufactured from 22 gauge CRCA sheet, thereby making five compartments in the Almirah. The steel shelf shall be capable of carrying a uniformly distributed load of 70kgms. The almirah shall be provided with three hinges for each door having removable hinge pins. The doors shall be provided with full height stiffeners made from CRCA sheet in 20 x90x20mms at section welded to the doors. The feet height/ ground clearance shall be 127 mms approx. The almirah shall be equipped with a special three way bolting device with tongue-in-groove inter locking mechanism. The lock shall be metal with metal key, duly painted OG/grey color..
