Providing Supplying desk in class rooms of various schools, Overall dimension of desk will be W900mm X D400mm X H610mm having following specifications-A Frame- Z shape side frame made out of precision CRCA steel tube manufactured using HF High Frequency welding technology as per IS 3074/ERW-1, dia 254mm, thickness- 16mm Main frame should be in Z shape see attached diagram with one 1905X12 mm thk rear vertical support to give extra strength to frame Rear support should be end pressed from both sidePipe bending should be through CNC Computer Numerical Control bending machine 3 axis to maintain accuracy and repeatability in bending The welding is to be done using Mig- Welding machine 400AMP, with MS welding wire thk 08mmB 2 Two Steel cases should be provided under the dual desk of size 440mm X 330mm X 115mm Steel case must be made from 1mm CRCA sheet using CNC turret punching machine and press brake to bend the sheet Every corner should be rounded and the sheet should be folded hemming for extra safety for students There should be no sharp edges anywhere Welding of case bottom part and rear part should be done using spot welding process and maintain uniform welding strength C Desk top board must be fitted with 8/10 nos of MS zinc plated self-taping screws 5X40D Desk Top- High quality plywood material, The edges of the plywood should be rounded from all the edges for safety and gaps filled Poly-urethane PU coating has been applied to the edges for finishing Desk plywood laminate pasted on top for smooth writing surface and durability, Desk top plywood-18mm, laminate 08mm Laminate colour need to approve E Two hooks made with zinc plated MS wire 4mm thk on both side of desk to be provided and should be fitted in the inner side of desk frame by drilling holes in the frame to prevent them from falling outF Steel frame and cases must be powder coated in Ash Grey colour with smooth finish through automated powder coating plant Coating thcikness to be maintained at 60 micron The steel frames should be pre -treated through a seven tank process ie DegreasingIst tank, Water rinsing 2nd tank, Derusting 3rd tank, Water rising4th tank, Phosphating5th tank, Water rinsing6th tank Passivation7th tank G The end caps and bottom glides for pipe frame should be Nylon material to prevent any scratches on floor The end caps must be properly fitted into the pipe openings with high-strength glue Loctite to prevent from falling out The bottom glides should be screwed to the pipe frame in order to prevent them from falling out Punching process using specially crafted dies should be used to make holes in the desk frame to match with holes in the foot glides.
