Frame structure of MS CRCA square pipe 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.2 mm - IS 4923 or equivalent. Frame structure for top is of MS angle 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm - IS 2062 or equivalent. The top is overhung by 75 mm on two sides and back. The top is made up of 18 mm thick IS 303 plywood having teakwood border of 15 mm x plywood thickness-cross section at two sides and back and 15 mm x ply-wood thickness 5 mm cross section at front. Teakwood boarders must be affixed to top with nailing and better adhesive thoroughly applied on surface. The side edges prepared straight for the utility of T- square. This top is attached to MS angle structure by M6 size T-nuts and heads of bolts do not protrude outside the ply surfaces before lamination. For this fitting, suitable MS sleeve/bush is to be used.
