Chair of overall size 500wx640 d x 940 h. Seat size should be 450 w and 450 mm d. The chair pipe structure of MS CRCA pipe having diameter not less than 32 mm and thickness not less than 1.6 mm. The arm rest should be at height of 650 mm from ground. The seat must be supported on two cross member in widthwise and two cross member in depth wise connected to both side leg pipes and seat pipe structure. The distance between legs should be 500 mm in depth and 500 mm in length. The cantilever tubular structure must have stability and must be well balanced with choice of upholstery for cushion tested for fastness to light, rubbing and washing on bottom seat and back of PU foam 40 density 50 mm thick. The seat and back should be fitted on 18 mm MS CRCA finish in a single piece. The seat and back is supported on spring structure. The backrest, arm rest and seat must be dimensioned and curved from ergonomics point of view. The frame and spring-seat structure should be prepared from MIG welding..
