The seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 cm. thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam, together with moulded seat and back covers. The polyurethane foam is moulded with density 45 /- 2 kg/m3 and hardness 16 /- 2 kg. on Hampden machine at 25 compression. The seat back cover is injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene. The one piece armrests are made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore A hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The seat base stand is made of Powder coated CRCA metal dia 25.46x2mm thick and there are PVC shoes are also available in the bottom of frame. Seat size-19W18D Back size-16H from seat and overall height from floor -33.5.
